Company History:

All Pacific Mortgage is a branch of Golden Empire Mortgage. Our branch has been operating since 1993 in Oregon. We service and are licensed to do business in the States of Oregon, Washington and California. All Pacific Mortgage has experience in all phases of home financing. Our management has been in the business for over 30 years. We are a full-service mortgage lender, offering FHA, VA, conventional (FNMA/FHLMC), Jumbo and Equity loans, plus specialty products such as State Bond Programs. We keep our borrowers satisfied by providing excellent customer service and continued follow up. Our parent company, Golden Empire Mortgage, was founded in 1987 and is a nationally recognized mortgage banking company with 41 branch offices. As a mortgage-banking firm serving the homebuyer, we are primarily a service company. The strength of any service company is its people. It is the character, ability, and desire to serve, reflected by our personnel, that is All Pacific's stock in trade. It is that quality of people, which provides us with our competitive advantage.
